2. The taper rollers and flat dies have the unique advantages of enlarging the rollers, so they are can not be replaced compared with other related equipments.
3. This machine is equipped with 6 August 10 and other aperture ring mode, user can choose according to different need, and can customize different aperture ring die for the user.
4. It adopts screw-center adjusting pressure structure; the pressed rollers' gap can be adjusted small or big, so it can meet the different materials demand and make sure the pelleting effect.
5. This machine adopts frequency control of motor speed feeding, long conditioning implement big open type and organic way outside and overload protection device, type hoop ring die transmission trunk full imported bearing and oil seal, snake-like spring connecting shaft, transmission power, etc.
6. The rollers adopts Taper-shape to make both ends line-speed consistent to die-inner and die-outer, so it avoids dislocation friction between rollers and dies, so the dies' lifetime is enlarged. This is significant difference between the similar compression formation machines.
