Optech 8Channel Mux and Demux support CWDM and DWDMtechnologies. Through Mux can combine various wavelengths and transmit throughsingle fiber to a Demux on the other side. Thus, you can transmit differentwavelengths together.

Optech 8 Channel Mux and Demux is a passive CWDM systems for 19”rack type installation. The CWDM multiplexers to mux and demux 8 channels form1470 to 1610nm; these correspond to the transceiver wavelengths from 1470 to1610nm. This is compliant with ITU G.694.2 and telcordia GR1221(formerBellcore) standard and are designed to meet NEBS level 3. These modules arebased on a standard LGX building practice and offer and easy installation and connectionprocess.
