It is a kind of magnetically coupled pumps, or magnetic drive pumps, vary from the traditional pumping style, as the motor is coupled to the pump by magnetic means rather than by a direct mechanical shaft.

Sinofine CQB magnetic driving centrifugal pump has high efficiency/energy-saving design. The maximum pump efficiency reaches 50 to 55%, the highest level for resin pumps. In designing the pump, energy-saving was taken into full consideration. The pump is suitable for chemical liquid progress. So it is an ideal for tough and heavy circumstances like inflammable, explosive and strongly corrosive and toxic. They have compact design with optimized construction to make it pump with easy maintenance and inspection.The structure is simple, with a minimum of components. In addition, the major parts are modularized for easy and quick disassembly and inspection. The expendable parts can be replaced individually..In the driving device the initiative magnet junction box is directly installed onto the motor shaft. The pump chamber is totally sealed, and is propelled to rotate by the magnetic impeller on the magnetic coupling indirect driving pump shaft, its structure tight, safe, and energy-saving.
