IHF(D) centrifugal pump is currently one of the most popular pump. Actual use showed that the pump has the advantages of anti-corrosion and wear-resisting, high temperature resistant, not aging, high mechanical strength, stable operation, advanced structure, reliable sealed performance, simple disassemble and maintenance, long service life etc.
Features of Sinofine IHF D Centrifugal Pump
Sinofine Fluorine plastic centrifugal pump stationary ring is made of Silicone carbide. Rotary ring is made of gland packing Teflon or silicone carbide. The metal shell with FEP lining. The impeller and pump cover are punched by metal with fluoroplastic lining. With shaft seal bellows mechanical seal set outside, IHF centrifugal pump can be applicable to Liquids, waste water, the random density acid, alkali and strong oxidant and organic solvent etc. They have advanced structure which insures anticorrosion, strict seal, low noise and long life.
IHF D Centrifugal Pump Application
Sinofine IHF(D) fluorine plastic centrifugal pump is widely accepted by its anti-corrosion and wear-resistance advantages, is widely used in chemical, making acid, alkali manufacturing, smelting, pesticide, dye, medicine, papermaking, electroplating, electrolysis, pickling, scientific research institutions, national defense industry and other industries conveying arbitrary concentration of acid, alkali, oil, the rare and precious liquids, toxic liquid, volatile chemical medium. The IHF (D) series centrifugal pump is designed according to international standards. The pumping housing is made of metal outing lined with fluoroplastic, and the impeller and pump cover are pressed into form with metal inserts wrapped by fluroplastic alloy, and the shaft seal is realized by mechanically sealing the advanced outer-carrying corrugated pipe. The stationary seal ring is made of 99.9% alumina ceramics, while the rotating seal ring is made of tetrafluoride filling materials ( or other materials in light of customer\'s special working condition). They are corrosion- and wear-resistant and airtight.
