The purse seine has two ways to capture fishes: spotting the schools of fishes and attract the fishes with the floats objects. When a school of fish swim into the netting, the seine vessel will encircle the fishes and trap them in the netting. Then the net is drawn closed around the shoal like a bag. Purse seine is an extremely effective and economical method to capture the large quantities of fishes.
