How to Prevent the Shaking of Adjusting Ring to a Cone CrushRelease

If there is shaking problem of the adjusting ring on a cone crusher, the machine will be effected during in the working. Here we would like to introduce the method that how does prevent the shaking.

One, feeding in correct way.

A, if the input size is too big, the cone crusher can not have enough tight force, so that the ring will shake. So, the input size should be controlled seriously. First we should forbid the unfit stone fall into the machine, second, the iron material should be forbidden as well.

B, if the feeding is not so even, the adjusting ring will shake too. That is why we asked the even feeding.

Two, make sure for the running checking.

A, adjust cap should be tight when it locked. Or, the adjusting ring will shake. So, before the machine running, this part should be checked carefully. If loosed, tight it.

B, discharging opening is not in right condition Mantle and concave is too thick to work well. Before it working, these parts should be checked too.

Three, Reduce the wear of parts

A, Locking bolt has the fix function to the machine, if this parts wear away, the adjusting ring will shake.

B, if the adjusting rings wear rapidly, it will shake as well. So, during the producing, we should give it a fit gap to reduce the wear of these parts.
