Description:
60℃ radiator is used on all gensets so they can be used in all weather conditions without power reduction or overheat. This is very important, especially in hot weather areas. Remember generally people use 40 degree radiator, this is not enough for hot areas. We also use oil cooler for very hot countries.
The genset housing is separated into several cavities, i.e. engine and alternator cavity, silencer cavity, radiator and electronic fan cavity, battery cavity, so the genset can run at very low noise and genset size is quite small. Internal temperature of the genset housing is kept 40-50 ℃, so safety is ensured while performance of the genset can be maximized. Other factories install everything in a single cavity, the engine chamber is very hot during running.
2.0mm cold-rolled steel for the genset canopy, rigid and corrosion resistant. Painting is by electrostatic spraying, no color difference or fading within 5 years. Some factories may use 1.8 mm or hot-rolled steel and varnish painting, such painting may peel off after some time.
