Description:

Bonded NdFeB magnet is produced via the technique---a special form of NdFeB powder is blended with plastic carrier material, die pressed and then heated. They have lower energy than Sintered NdFeB. The bonded NdFeB are isotropic-i.e. they can be magnetized in any direction. According to the different processing methods, bonded NdFeB is divided into two types- Compression Moulding NdFeB and Injection Moulding NdFeB.Its use with temperature-resistant plastic enables good stability and coated with a special colophony for high rust-resistance.

Application:

The Bonded NdFeB magnets are widely used in automobile, communication, computer, micro-motor, electronics and many other fields.
