4. Output: 80,000tons
Two Process program
It uses billet with the specification of 100×100×3000 for∮6.5 -∮8 wire. It uses one ∮400 bloomer and rolling 5-7 passes, then through the hot crop shearing into the following continuous rolling train. When rolling wire, need∮300IM rolling and∮300FM rolling accurately.Then into the ∮280 rolling.Then through spinning machine, to cooling roller,after cooling then packaging.
Three Process flow:
Wire manufacture process: billet—→ heating—→Φ400 bloomer—→ hot crop shear—→∮300IM unit—→∮300 FM unit—→∮280 wire FM unit—→spinning machine—→cooling roller—→packaging and marking —→ measurement—→ storage
