Characteristics

1)This Glass bottle filling machine is a unique design combining the three machines of bottle washing, filling and capping in one to decrease main power, to save space and to diminish the air pollution among the three machines.

(3)It is easy to change the size of bottles, which can be done by changing the filling machine thumb wheel without adjusting the height of the machine.

(4)This Glass bottle filling machine adopt suspensory transmission gear can easily upkeep and be repaired.

(5)This Glass bottle filling machine case and the parts contacting with the materials are made of stainless steel which ensures the good external look and easy washing.

(6)This Glass bottle filling machine uses frequency changer to control the main machine motor. And it has an ouput number indicating function which is easy to control the adjustment of the output.

Working principle

Bottle rinsing part

This part is made up of lifting device, the main transmission device, the fixed frame, clamp device, distributor, and open clamp cams and over turn cams etc.

Lifting device is used to adjust the height of the rotary tables and clamps of machine to adapt to the bottle height. Its power comes from the lifting lever. Lever rotates drive screw rotation to realize the rotary tables lift.

When the clamp rotate to star wheel with rotating table, bottle into the middle of clamp, open clamp cam close the clip claw and clip the bottleneck with the rotating clamp. When rotary tables to rotate, clamp pieces will rotate with over turn cam, guide cams rotates around over turn cam and flip the bottleneck to 180 degree till the bottle mouth is top downwards and directly face the spray nozzle, then the clean water in the spray nozzle sprays and wash the inside of the bottle, Drain, turn 180 degree downwards and then goes out from the star wheel.
