The ZFFType Float Valve is one kind of unidirectional check valve which can be used inpreventing from blowout and well kick to reduce loss of drilling fluid and keepthe rig floor clear.
Drillpipe float valve consists of the body and the float valve assembly. The floatvalve assembly is installen into the body when using(sea schema3). The floatvalve assembly(sea schema1 and schema2) includes cage, valve, valve sela disk,spring, side seal, valve seal, valve guide, valve rod etc. when the assembly isnot working, the backpressure action of spring make it closed. The valve isopened as circulating mud downward and the mud can flow through it. The valveis closed as there is the backpressure.
