Description:
All of our aluminum alloy castings are produce by the use the precision investment casting process, or lost wax process. We can produce intricate detail that many other foundries are unable to produce. All our aluminum alloy casting molds are built exclusively by hand.
1. Careful revision on the drawings, supporting by 3-D mould\'s software of Pro/E, solidwords and Auto CAD, building the 3-D moulds to imitate the real parts according to the customers\' drawing
2. Full dimensions inspection and note in the drawings for the first artile submittion
3. Further CNC machining centers\' machining work, CMM inspection when production
4. Hight percentage random final inspection before shipping with 3.1B reports submittion.
5. Material: Bronze of C83600, C95200, C95400...Aluminum Alloy of 356-T6, 6061...Ect as per standard of ASTM, DIN, BS, JIS
6. Casting weight: 0.1 kg to 200 kg
