General Description
1. This machine adopts automatically mechanical, electrical and pneumatic control as a whole, which is high efficiency and steady working;
2. The operation adopts the computerization control screen which is easy view and easy operation;
3. The air-expansion shaft is used when paper feeding, also equipped with the tensile force brake control system, which can control tensile force of paper feeding automatically;
4. This machine is equipped with the paper edge cutting device;
5. The pleating height can be adjusted freely, no need changing the rollers, The servo control system can accurately ensure pleating neatly.

Feature
1. The main machine, conveyer belt and the hot melt applicator are all controlled by the PLC and monitor which is simple operation and fast speed.
2. Both the fiber glass pleating and hot melts dispensing on the same machine. The long conveyer belt and cooling fans are adopted after the pleating system. So to fast drying the hot melt and cut any length.
3. The travel distance of two pleats can be adjusted among certain scopes while hot melt dispensing, which avails the dryness and humidity of the hot melt and good for firmly folded.

1. The hot melt melting very fast and the hot melt dispensing amount can be adjusted by the frequency converter.
2. This production line is stainless steel body and aluminum frame, which is strong, nice and long life.
