Description:
JPG steel surface cleaning machinery characteristics
1). The arrangement of the blasting room and shot blasting turbines both come from computer 3D dynamic simulation, make sure the cleaning is full and thorough.
2). Adopts factory own designed shot blast turbines which have large power, high efficiency and speed, so as to obtain satisfactory cleaning quality.
3). Adopts world advanced filter cartridge type dust remover which has high efficiency, low running resistance, small volume, light weight, easy for repair and replacement. The primary separator of this dust remover is fixed on the shot blast cleaning room, to save covering area of the machine.
4). Adopts world advanced separator which is accompanied with winnowing for separating good steel shots from the oxide skin, dust, cracked shots, large debris.
5). All sides inside the blasting room are equipped with wear resistant plates. The front and behind of the blasting room are tightly sealed by multilayer rubber curtain to prevent steel shot fling out the room.
