Application:
It is for light pole material uncoiling, leveling, cutting, scrape edge slitting and taper slitting process, to get one side small width, one side big width steel plate.

6. Cutting machine:

7. Double edge slitting unit.
It is for slitting scrape edge of the hot rolled steel plate to get the exact width for light pole.
It is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is for control the straight cutting. By change the position of the slitting blade to get different width fr different size light pole sheet.

8. Taper slitting unit
The taper slitting machine is base on the rolling shearing principle to cut the steel sheet. There is a dolly in the front of the slitting unit. It is for control the taper cutting degree. By change the position of the stopper on dolly to control the taper slitting rate.

What is the difference with our cut to length and others?
The traditional cut to length just cuts steel coil into sheets. But ours is specially designed for light pole, it can cut steel coil into sheets, but at the same time, it can also cut the sheet into one side small width, one side big width, similar to ladder-shaped.
