LUGB type flow meter is a kind of velocity flowmeter,based on Karman Vortex Street theory,adopt piezoelectric crystal to measure the vortex frequency produced by fluid flowing through the triangular prism in the pipeline,then the flow value can be measured .Vortex flowmeter is widely applied in industry like petroleum,chemical,light industry,power supply,heat supply,etc.
LUGB series Vortex flow meter is a type of international advanced flow meter designed on the basis of karman vortex street principle. Vortex flow meter is wildly used in petroleum,chemical industry, light industry, heating power and other industries. Vortex flow meter have the characteristics as below:
High measurement accuracy, wide range; Wide measurement medium including liquid,gas and steam; High working temperature, the medium temperature can reach 350°C; No moving part, no wear, high reliability; House is made of stainless steel, corrosion resistance. vortex flow meter is the ideal substitute for orifice flow meter. Its characteristics are no pressure loss, no moving parts and no maintenance. Though it is similar to Electro Magnetic Flowmeter the one advantage Vortex Meter has over EMF is the medium need not be conductive as in the case of EMF. This flowmeter adopts piezoelectric sensor, has high reliability, and works with in –200C to +2500C. It gives standard analogue signal (4 ~ 20mA) or Digital pulse signal outputs. It is compatible with digital systems like Computer, DCS Systems, Dataloggers, etc.
