The (Silicon Rubber)Composite railway insulators can effectively prevent pollution flashover outage and free from cleaning maintenance work with a very small size ,they can be substituted by porcelain or glass insulators in case of small tunnel space. Usually ,composite railway insulators could be manufactured by means of injection whole-molding technology. The juncture between end fitting and core is totally embedded in HTV silicon rubber,emilinating conventional and traditional seal defects.
