FS600 Inter-fold Foil Sheet Machine for Food/Fruit Packaging
Brief Introduction:
This ideal machine used to making inter-folding foil sheet or pop-up foil sheet.
Combination of both Western & Asian Technologies on complete production and control, this machine adopt vacuum absorption folding and automatic counting technologies. With stable performance and high efficiency, it is one of most advanced aluminum foil sheet manufacturing machines.
Functions and Features:
- Feeding, folding and forming fully-automatic
- Automatic counting, bilateral product placement and lineup output;
- Tool-steel inclined-knife for cutting; vacuum absorption folding method (Roots vacuum pump absorption system);
- Feed releasing controlled by pneumatic expansion shaft with magnetic powder brake;
- Steel-rubber roller pair embossing structure that ensures clear patterns;
- Frequency conversion variable speed motor for speed regulation.
Production Process:
Loading small material rolls → cross folding (overlapping) → forming.
Optional Modules:
1. Panasonic transducer and PLC control system;
2. Feed-breakup auto stop function, which prevents rejections caused by aluminum foil or feed breakups;
