Descrition:

Three roll PET sheet calender line is mainly Used to produce plastic sheet and board production,applicated in blister package,stationery adornment,refrigerator,hath,luggage and bags,etc.

Composition

It is made up of  screw extruder,  mould , three- roll calender , colling suporting frame, tractor ,cutting machine and stack frame.

It can produce different width and thickness of extruding sheet or board by changing different machine and mould.

Features                                     

1.  The screw adopted special mixing function ensures high plastification rate . 

2.  Coat-hanger die adopted speical double throtting design ensures the precise control of thickness of plastice board or sheet. 

3.  Precise temperature control can precisely control the plastification process and ensure precise thickness and flatness of products. 

4.  The thinkness of sheet or board is precisely adjusted by adjusting the screws and double directional regulating oil pressure wheels. 

5.  Three roll calender adopt level type assembly, verical type assembly or incline type assembly. The calender can freely rise and fall offer more choices in process of making different thickness .

7.  Individual control roll temmperature control system can precisely control the temperature of roll and make thinckness of sheet or board uniformly. 

8.  The winder adopted high class torque motor can automatically adjust the speed and tension  to be up to the purpose of taking up leveling board or sheet. And, meantime, it can set the width of needed product freely . 

9.  The cutting machine can precisly control the cutting length

10.The machine equipped with meter counter can set the length of product.
