How to assemble the machine ? Or how to use machine?
This Floor Machine is composed by handle with water tank unit,motor unit,Brush Deck and pad holder or brush.
Assembly the handle unit onto the 3 leg Chassis by using 3 pieces of M8 X 70 hexagon bolt and 6 pieces of 8mm Washer.
Push back the handle until it is level with the ground. Unscrew the Motor Plug Covers by a screwdriver and open it. Fix the Angle Plug onto the socket and screw back the Plug Covers.
Put back all the parts to the original states before disassembly.
Use 8 pieces ST4.2 X 25(M6 X50) Screw and 8 pieces 5mm(6mm) Washer to assembly the Brush Deck on to the Chassis and link up the water hose between the water tank and the Chassis.
After the Brush Deck is installed, assemble the pad holder by anti-clockwise turn and dissemble it by clockwise turn.
Assemble the other holders same way as the installation of the pad holder.
After all the assembly procedures are completed, press on the handle switch to lift the handle until it is 90o to the Chassis.
Plug the electric cord into the outlet, press the breaker, tighten the switch that both left and right on the lever, starting motor and running the machine.
Loosen the Switch Lever Handle, the machine will stop immediately.
Tip the machine onto the wheels and pull lever to move the machine.
Applications:
This floor machine is designed by manual controlling. It is outstanding for its four chief functions-floor cleaning, carpet washing, polishing and grinding, which can meet with customers＇requirements for these different functions. Suited for the commercial use, e.g. in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories, shops, offices, and rental companies. It＇s designed accurately and it works by gears box equipped with two capacitors which make it safer and more powerful.
Note:
This machine is not suitable for cleaning surfaces which release toxic liquids and dusty environments, and not use the machine on steps.
This machine is intended exclusively for use in building interiors, not approved for use on roads.
Floor coverings must be tested for suitability for this cleaning process before use.
Pay attention to the area compression of point-elastic floors, e.g. in gymnasiums.
