Full Automatic Belt Liquid Filter Press For Waste Water 10m³/h
According to the specific sludge capacity requirement, the width of macine can be chosen from 1000mm-3000mm.(the choice of thickening belt and filter belt would vary according to different types of sludge). Working principle:
After mixing with the prepared flocculation in the dynamic and static mixer, the small particles solids in the concentrated sludge would form bigger size of flocculated sludge and the free water is separated. Flocculated sludge is conveyed to the belt then it further goes to the gravity dewatering area. Under the gravity, free water would fall on the tray, and the rest sludge would be nipped between two belts. Then it would further goes to the wedge zone for pre-filtration, and then to low pressure zone and high pressure zone through the decreasing diameter rolls. Under the extrusion and shearing force, the solid and liquid is separated. Finally filter cake with expected low moisture content is discharged.

1.Feeding distributor:
Adopting screw type distributor to feed even slurry can effectively promote the dewatering rate; such innovated design can extend the life of belt.
2.Static & Dynamic mixer:
The sufficient flocculation can save the flocculation amount
in order to save cost and meanwhile guarantee the dewatering effect.
3.Full-automatic & integrated design of control box:
Double waterproof, integrating failure display and control functions so would be more human-friendly and easy operation
4.\"S\" shape rollers:
A compact design to save space. The circulation drainage structure contributes to a nearly zero water -consumption of certain industries.
5.Belts:
High quality polyester belt ensures a favorable dewatering effect and belt washing effect.
6.Main frame:
Seamlessly welded by 10# -12# square steel tube which is firm and durable. After sandblasting processing and four layers of anti-corrosion spray painting, the frame is acid & alkali resistant (304 or 316 stainless steel frame is available).
7.Belt deviation & tensioning device:
Electrical and air integrated control which is prompt response and reliable guarantees the stable running of belts.
8.Embedded safety rope:
Surround the whole machine once the emergency occurs the machine can be stopped immediately.
9.Nip squeezing rollers:
Strong extrusion force from the unique designed nip squeezing rollers brings a satisfied solid content of filter cake.
10.Perforated roller:
Most filtered water flows away through the holes of perforated roller in order to prevent the water rewetting the filter cake.
