1. The product uses triple-eccentric design, ensuring the disc will leave the seat when opened and efficiently
reducing the friction and abrasion for the sealing ring, extending the service life of the valves.
2. Using the interchangeable body sealing rings, can be made of different materials according to the working
conditions. And the sealing rings can be replaced on site, lower the costs of maintenance.
3. Seat sealing ring is embedded between press-ring and the disc to prevent fall off, ensuring the sealing
performance. And the press-ring also ensures the deformation of the sealing ring is under control, with
self-strengthen fiction when the pressure of the fluid is increasing. The press-ring is also interchangeable
on site.
4. The stems don’t pass through the sealing rings, so the sealing rings can be replaced without uninstalling
the stems.
5. Using high-quality epoxy resin coating to ensure the excellent adhesion strength and flat appearance,
increasing the anti-abrasion ability of the valves.
6. This series product have wide ranges of size for different working pressure and media, with compact
structure, low torque, bi-direction sealed, easy installation/maintain and long service life.
7. There are adjusting screws on top and bottom for fine adjustment of the disc, ensuring the sealing
performance.
8. The body and the disc can be made of carbon steel or stainless steel by casting or welding according to
the requirements.
