Tire Retreading Equipment-curing Champer

Curing Chamber use for vulcanizing tyre in the process of  tire retreading,is belonging to pressure vessel,through plus gas,develop tempreature  up to rubber Vulcanizing,and let the tread and tire combine closely.it has vacuum pump,pill out the vacuum from the inside of tire.

6. Same price with three kinds heating for selecting: Electric heating, steam heating, oil heating. standard one is electric heating, if select oil heating, extra add a Conduction Oil Stove.

 7.  DPC automatic control system, control the press of inner tube ,outside envelope,and the boiler to realize the best vulcanizing effect.

8.it is suitable for the wheel rim diameter is :15"-22.5',the working pressure is 0.8Mpa,the voltage is AC380V/50HZ,the average cure time is 3.5 hours.
