Weave navi:the Weave Navi monitors loom operation while the loom is in operation. It gives advice to improve the operation to various situations ,navigating you to the best weaving conditions.

Tune Navigation : the best setting values are automatically entered for your fabric and loom specifications . Automatic setting for the warp tension is available in addition to the conventional automatic setting function for weft insertion . optimum mechanical settings are recommended for the tension roll position , easing amount and various pressure settings according to the fabrics to be woven.

PDP-AIII free drum pooling system:The ZAX-GS entirely adopts this new FDP-AIII Free Drum Pooling System in response to the demands for faster operation and wider applicable range of wefts.the advancing reel system is standard and separates weft yarns positively.

Driving-rush start motor:the rush start system can delivers high-power torque at starting,enabling increased beating power for first pick,eliminating stop marks ,and contributing to high quality production.

top-mounted temple:a guide bar is arranged close to the cloth fell, between the assembled sets of temples and temple cases on both sides of the fabric. It stabilizes the cloth fell position for spun fabrics in general ,improving the quality . moreover ,sub-nozzles can be fixed freely beneath the guide bar , resulting in wider weaving versatility.

3-eyed feeler:the 3-eyed feeler, a reflective sensor ,detects any colored spun and filament yarns ensuring stable filling insertion .this feeler does not require a special reed whose overall length is determined according to the reeding width .

Independent 2/2 selvage:this independent shedding motion is applied for the formation of tucked selvage or selvage for denim fabric . thus, the load on the main shedding can be reduced , contributing to higher speed operation and energy savings .

APR-C(Automatic defective pick remover):in case of mis-insertion of the filling , the APR-C automatically reverses the loom , removes the defective pick , and restarts the loom by computer control .it is a powerful device for full-automation , labor savings ,and upgrading of product quality.

PSC programmable speed control:up to eight kinds of loom RPM can be independently set . formerly , the loom RPM was restricted by some kinds of weft yarns . when using multiple kinds of wefts including difficult yarn , the programmable speed control automatically increases the loom RPM except for the section using the difficult yarn . it changes the RPM within 1 pick . this increases productivity.
