Introduction:
Vertical Dispensing DownFlow booth provide containment by utilizing high velocity air to capture air borne dust particles. Control exposure risk to hazardous materials for a wide variety of equipment and processes. Protecting the operator during sensitive tasks, this complied with GMP practices.
Applications:
subdivision of powder of liquids, charging and offloading materials to reactors, fluid bed dryers, granulators, filter dryers, glass ware skids and so on.
Operating features:
1: Modular. Easy-to clean rigid design with minimal joints
2: HEPA/ULPA Gel-seal down flow filter are replaceable from within the booth. Gel-seal is more reliable than conventional gasket seals
3: Voltage-compensating blowers ensure stable air flow.
4: Magnehelic Gauges provide convenient and reliable means for monitoring gauges air flow and filter condition.
5: Containment performance verified according to the ISPE good practice guide, assessing the particulate containment performance of pharmaceutical equipment.

Factory test:
All of equipment is individually factory tested for safety and performance in accordance with international Standards. Each unit is shipped with a documentation outlining the tests undertaken and the units individual results for each unit.
Factory test include:
-- functional test and visual inspection
-- electrical safety tests
-- air velocity testing
-- purification rank test (if need)
Warranty:
Our equipment is warranty for 1 year excluding consumable parts and accessories.
All equipment is shipped with a comprehensive use’s manual complete with a report documenting all test procedures.
Additional IO/OQ/GMP document is available upon request.

Consumable parts illustration:
1: Pre-filter: each one should be replacement in each 6 month, but it can refresh no more three times.
2: HEPA filter: each one should be replacement in each half and one years.
