1.Application of RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting:
RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting mainly applys to making sex toys , bra, mask ect, and also can be make nipples, glass, and other kinds of molds.
2.Features of RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting:
RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting can be used for a long period and maintain softness and elasticity within a temperature range of -65°C ~ 200°C with the characteristics of excellent electrical performance and chemical stability, waterproof, ozone and climate resistance, non-corrosiveness, physical inertia, non-toxic, odourless, low linear shrinkage, easy operation, etc
3.Operation of RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting:
Mixing the part A with part B evenly according to the proportion of 1:0.951.05, and can be poured after degassing , with pot life 0.51H, it will be cured in about 10 minutes when heating up the temperature to 80120 .The pot life of room temperature fast curing is less than 30 mins ,and the curing time is 2 hours. The color can be changable according to the customers' requiry .
4.Notice of RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting:
a. This product need to be packed in clean, dry and sealed steel cans or drums. Part A and B need to be packed seperately. Usually it is packed in 5kg/can, 20 kg/drum, or 200 kg/drum .
b. Please keep the material in a cool and dry place. Specially note that the silicone should not touch or mix with compounds including nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, tin, lead or metal organic acid. Otherwise, the catalyst will be poisoned, then the silicone can not be cured or just particially cured. For specific precautions, please refer to the instructions in Electronic Potting Silicone part.
c. The goods is NOT subject to IMDG.The shelflife is 18 months from the date of production.And it still can be used after expired, when retest to be qualified.
5.Precautions of RTV addition cure silicone rubber for life casting:
RTV addition cure life casting silicone rubber is platinum-catalyzed silicone rubber, water, impurity, organic tin catalyst, acid, alkaline and other organisms containing sulfur, phosphorus and nitrogen will influence the vulcanization of the silicon rubber. So, please do not mix with or touch those substances during using.
