Description:
1. Enviroment Friendly:The light weight nature of the tiles means that less timber is used in the roof stucture as compared to traditional roof tiles.Water harvested is safe for consumption.
2. Cost effective:It is so far the most economical roof age,for it is waterproof,freezing tolerance,fireproof,aging-resistant,and erosion resistant. Up to 40% less timber is used on the roof structure and no polythence or iron sheet underlay is required for roof pitches between 5 and 60 degrees.
3. Maintenance Free:The tiles have up to 30 years warranty thus guaranteeing quality.
4. Security:The tiles are nailed into the battens using serrated nails thus providing burhlar proofing.
5. Structural Strength:No bending of tiles during installation
6. Heat and sound insulation:Compare to the galvanized sheet,aluminum-sinc is more durable,heat-resisting,heatproof and anti-corrosion.It is genenrally believed that steel roofing sheet can guarantee 30 more years without being rusted or eroded in various conditions.

Stone-coated steel roofing occurred during World War II when tar and sand were used to cover galvanized steel bunkers. After the war, the practice was commercialized and the first roofs were produced. Stone coated steel roofs have been protecting buildings for close to 60 years, but the product technology today bears little resemblance to early practices due to advances in the chemistry of coatings.
