PVC Shaped Extruded plastic Profiles

Huazhijie\'s ASA co-extruded series profiles are co-extruded by using excellent ASA and pigments with good climate resistance and low temperature ductility, together with blue white profile surface. Besides its design characteristics of blue white profiles, its out visual surface has varieties of colors for clients\' choosing, and the co-extruded ASA surface outside has better climate resistance than white profiles, has better low temperature ductility than white profiles, has better low temperature ductility than PMMA co-extruded profiles, and has better anti-aging performance than PVC-PVC co-extruded profiles. The profiles include 60 casement, 80/88 sliding series products.

1. Main profiles are designed into 3 chambers, and with independent drainage cavity;

2. Can be designed into inward casement window, outward casement window, hung window, shutter window and fixed window;

3. By different joint parts, can realize 90 degree, 120 degree and 180 degree normal and strengthening joint and universal angle degree changing;

4. By choosing different glass beads, can install single glass, double glass and three glass windows;

5. Comparing with sliding series, its sealing and heat insulation performance are better.
