HTW-1 composite foamingagent is a strong physical foaming agent. It is made by a specialingredients processing, deformation, and then compound to a strong no pollutingphysical foaming agent. With good foaming ability and neutral performance, ithas very good affinity with water. When mixed with water, it is turned intotransparent solution. Moreover, it can produce a large number of bubbles in thecement slurry, these bubbles are independent of each other and uniformlydistributed in the cement paste. Meanwhile, they can form a large number ofclosed pores. Therefore, it can have good effect of heat and sound insulation.
1.The main raw Materials:
Non-pollution animal andplant protein.It makes use of the protein as main raw material. For thisreason, either for producers or users and the environment, there is no effecton the environment
2.Stability Performance:
HTW Composite foamingagent, it has high stability of the bubble capsule, and can be showing strongstereo tension and specific tenacity elongation. It can support the foamcement slurry remain the original porosity shape before final setting.Moreimportantly, it can be pumped to high rise buildings (e.g. more than 40 floors)under the action of high-pressure delivery pump, while the bubble capsule withno deforming and falling.
