Scope of application

Used for granite, marble and all kinds of stone’s rapid bonding, repairing, fixed, such as the bedplate plurilateral, stone spelling flower, heterosexual wood adhesive, large area of defect repair, etc.

Method of application

1. The adhesive part should be clean, dry, remove impurities such as dust, oil pollution;
2.  After mix well the glue  according to regulations, apply with stone glue bonding parts, press the fixture, motionless and solidification; you can do the next procedure after 24 hours curing in room temperature
3. According to different color stone to add special toner which color is closed to stone color, at most quantity of toner is 5% of glue\'s amount;
4. Squeeze out excess adhesive bonding parts, before curing can use cloth to dip small amount of alcohol or acetone to clean.

Attention

1. Glue must be mixing as proportion to avoid affect the use effect;
2. The construction temperature cannot be lower than 5 ℃ , heating in winter in order to improve the curing rate and the bonding strength;
3. Matching the glue when you use, should not mix too much for one-time, the glue must be finished within the available time, do not use it after becoming gel; The higher the temperature of mixing and the more quantity of the glue, the available time will be shorter, or it will be longer;
4. It must be pressurized and solidification after bonding plurilateral, do not move the stone before the glue completely dry;
5.  Do not mix container of components A and B, do not put the residual blended adhesive liquid back to the original packaging;
6. If the viscosity pf adhesive is bigger, not convenient to use, can add 3% of anhydrous ethanol or acetone  in glue to dilute, also can be heating at 40-60 ℃ water to reduce its viscosity.
7. Do not mix cover the lid, cover tightly after using, do not eat;
8. Because of the stone material, chemical and physical properties are different, please try in advance before using this product, so as to avoid mistakes!

1. The sealed store in a cool and dry ventilated place, valid for one year, expired after inspection qualified can continue to use;
2. Non-flammable, non-toxic after curing, it can be mailed, expressed;
