Product features
1. It can increase density and permeability functions of the floor layer.
2. It can strengthen abrasion resistance and impact resistance effectively of the floor.

Scope of application
Applied in the light of the concrete and the mechanical virgin pulp carborundum wearable floor surface, through the effective penetration and the sealing function to improve anti-fouling permeability and enhanced hardness of the floor.
The product is mainly for construction to avoid producing white phenomenon.
Construction method
Before construction, the concrete floor need a curing period of 28 days and the floor hardener need a curing
period of 14 days, each layer’s materials natural drying time is about 10 ~ 15 hours, before painting it again,
it needs to confirm the ground is dry.
1. Use mop add water clean surface.
2. Grinding the old concrete 6 times with #50, #100,#200,#300,#500 and #800 wet pad or the floor hardener
5 times with #100,#200,#300,#500 and #800 wet pad alternately and make it smooth.
Attention: with water to grinding.
3. Inhale all the dusty and water by vacuum clean machine, wait to next process until the surface is completely dry.
4. First time put seal hard primer YY-125A on the floor and keep it wet for about 30mins.
Attention: can use any kind tool, for example: brush, broom, big mop.
5. After 24 hours the surface is dry, grinding with #1000 wet pad for first time.
6. After grinding put second time seal hard finisher YY-125B on the floor and keep it wet for about 30mins,
wait 24 hours, polish it with dry pad #2000 (with no water) to be smooth and bright.
