Detailed Product Description:
MET Series Electronic Tensioner is by integrating the electronic system and non-contact breaking design, there is barely any contact in the core mechanism of the main tension, wheel, except the connecting bearing .This combination provide smooth, stable and consistence tension, even in high speed winding. The non contact designs also reduce wear and tear of most of the critical components as to cut down maintenance cost. All MET comes with “ Auto Tension Fine Tuning System”. By sensing the movement of the tension arm, the control system will fine tuning the tension automatically.
Control system are packed within the body.
MET Series is solid and compact in design. It operates with DC24V electronic power.
MET Series also comes with wire jump prevention and wire breakage detection.
