Description:
Glass autoclave is a kind of key equipment, which is used for glass deep-processing. To achieve the safety demands of laminated glass through the pressure and heat treatment process.
It is widely used in automotive industry, aerospace, defense industry, building decoration, etc. It is equipped with the safety valve, the pressure gauge, the temperature element and so on.
Besides power driven, pneumatic ways to open the door, it also has the safety interlock. There are heating elements for warming & forcing and cooling device inside of the autoclave. It will automatic control and detect the opening and closing doors, temperature, pressure in autoclave by PLC controller, which is the glass workpiece precess.
