A: PDF , AI or JPG.
Q:How long can I expect to get the custom design sample?
A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files,the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 day.The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you don't have an account.
Q:What's the lead time for mass production?
A:15 days as usual
Q:What's your terms of delivery?
A:We accept EXW,FOB,CIF etc. display.You can choose the one which display is the most convenient or cost effective for you.
