Descrition:

3.The mixer lid is double sealed and opened in the pneumatic way.
4.The electric control system adopts RKC ,Siemens,Mitsubishi,Omron and other famous instruments and control components to realize automatic control components to realize automatic control.
5.Equiped with pulse dust catching device.
6.Both the blades and belt wheel have been specially treated through the balancing machine of static and dunamic.

Applications:

SRL-ZW series mixing unit is appliable for mixing,colouring and drying of various resin such as poly,PE,PP,PVC polypropylene,poly chloride etc,and in the process of drying and volatilization of engineering plastics such as ABS PC etc before forming and processing as well as in the mixing of phenolic resin.
The unit combines heat mixing and cool mixing together.The materials after heat mixing can be gotting into cool mixer for cooling automatically,exhausts remaining gass and avoids agglomerates.
It is an ideal equipment for plastics mixing.
