Description:
DOIE UV-CTP uses special laser diode and external drum design, to ensure the biggest energy transfer efficiency and exposure precision.
DOIE UV-CTP 32 channels uses the most advanced and stable guide rail technology, using automatic loading way and 405nm laser diode, digital process workflow, high precision dot, low cost UV(CTcP) plates, reducing the cost.
We use reliable control circuity system.By using control method of negative feedback, the circuitry achieve constant-current control, DA output power adjust continuously, LD output follow control signal, which output pulse by using on-off mode, therefore the standby power is low.
Also with ultrahigh frequency MOS pipe and high speed operational amplifier made the voltage pulse rise and fall time on the LD shortest.

Applications:
Worked in pre-press printing process, it can be used to connect with bridge and stacker to make up an integral pre-press workflow,which will improve production efficiency and reduce labour cost. UV-CTP can fit the conventional plate whose cost is lower than thermal plate. That is why UV-CTP will be the main stream pre-press equipment in future development.

1. Precise guiderail chassis. Manual entire scrape.
The chassis is HT300 inblock cast, guiderail and chassis became in one, the high mechanical strength, the high heat stability, less possibility of deformation. The guiderail precision could achieve 1-3μm/m,effectively ensure printing precision. Scraping guiderail is made by cast-iron, the surface has one thin oil slick, play an lubricant, protective role; Using import soft guide pairs and precise grinder guiderail technology, make optical platform move has little wear; the moving of platform has better smooth, precision.2. Independent vacuum structure, effectively absorb various plates.
By using the three-cavity technology, the drum could effectively absorb various plates, avoid the plate. According to different size of plate, adjust absorptive power, could achieve best printing effect. Using negative pressure checking before printing, avoid the plate flying.
