Main structure features of JY21 series D-frame fixed table press: 1. Steel welded and semi-closed structure frame, higher rigidity and less deformation than the open-type press. 2. Eight-side long retangle guides of the slide in high moving precision and high accuracy, extending the service life of the die. 3. Pneumatic dry combination friction clutch -brake, low noise and long service life, to ensure reliable safety and flexible action. 4. Automatic oil lubrication system, to ensure smooth operation. 5. Hydraulic overload protection device achieving high sensitivity in effectively protecting against overload, to ensure convenient and reliable operation. 6. Automatic adjustment of the die set height marked with convenient operation. 7. PLC electrical control system allows various auto-equipment reprogrammed according to different requirements and perform various functions, to ensure high reliability and high adaptability. 8. Emergent stop, inching, single anf contionous movement. 9. Photoelectric protector. transmission output axle, feeder, air cushion and other optional accessories are available for the power press subject to the user\'s demands. |
