1. Application Range

HS-669 water based polyurethane grouting material for leaking stoppage suitable for grouting seepage proof,leaking stoppage and reinforcing all kinds of buildings or underground concrete cracks, expansive joints, construction joints, structural joints, retaining wall, window frame, internal & external wall and roofing etc.

2. Construction Method

1. Structural Crack Water Leakage Treatment :

a. Drill hole place away 5 - 10cm from bottom of the construction joint, tilt in 45 degrees, two third depth of structure thickness, drill from low to high position, keep hole distance from 15 to 30 cm, laid grouting needle again while drilling to highest position.
b. After laid grouting needles, injecting this grouting material from low to high with high pressure grouting machine, don't grout other needles untill grouting material and structral surface oozed.
c. 72 hours later after grouting, knock out grouting needles, close it with quick dry cement.
