White Exterior Wall Putty With 0.8mm Outdoor Lacquer Putty
Features:
This product is specially developed for wall painting, which is excellence performance, environmental and non-toxic, providing a smooth base for coating. Strong bonding power is good for reducing the dosage of coating.
1, Product Status: White or grey powder, uniform, no aggregation.
2, Strong bonding power, can be well attached to the wall and coating.
3, Good anti-crack and damp-proof function.
4, Good damp-proof and ventilation function and keep the wall and the painting dry.
5, Natural texture, ensure that the decorative effect can be completely reflected.
Surface Treatment:
1, The substrate surface should be firm, dry and clean, no grease, no wax, no concrete curing agent, no release agent or other loose materials.
2, The surface of new plastering should be maintained about 12 days, then scrap the skim coat.
3, Moist the surface with clean water till there is no clear water before operation.
Operation Process:
1, The mixing ratio : 25kg : 6~7kg.
2, Pouring the water into the container, and adding the powder slowly, then stirring them into a uniform, no-powder and no- deposit paste.
3, Using inserting tools to insert, making the second time 4h after the first inserting. Polishing the skim coat layer, control the thickness between 0.8~1.5mm.
4, Scrape the putty layer smoothly, and control the thickness between 0.4 mm and 0.8 mm.
Normal Amount:
1.8kg~2.52kg/㎡, according to the smoothness of the surface, the smoother the surface is, the less the amount need.
Cautions:
1, Make sure the smooth and vertical rate of the surface before operation.
2, Never mix the dry slurry with water for second use.
3, The mixed skim coat should be used up within 3h in summer, 5h in winter.
4, Polishing within 1~2 days. Not overly polished so as not to affect the strength of the putty.
Store Method:
Store in cool and dry place, unopened product can be saved for one year.
