Pure Combed Cotton Cotton
1. Combed Cotton— — To remove short
fiber (about 1 cm below) by cotton comber, and leave long and neat
fiber behind. Combed cotton yarn quality is better. Cloth that made of
combed cotton has higher quality standard in texture and durability.
Combed cotton refers to a kind of cotton in the process of spinning,
during which the delicate carding process is increased. It is a comb
that eliminates impurity in cotton to create a smooth and resilient
yarn, not easy to pill cottony ball, and the cotton quality is more
stable.
2. The Advantages of Combed Cotton
Combed cotton cloth
is soft and solid. You can use methods of "watching" and "touching" to
identify common cotton and combed cotton. The practice of the former:
Put single-layer cotton fabric in hand with lamplight illuminate, due to
combed cotton is very tight, you can't see the hand shadow after the
perspective to light shadow. On the other hand, the ordinary cotton is
knitted not high enough so the number of hand contour is faintly
