Helical Gear

The helical gear is not absolutely the spiral gear. That means the latter is the combination of two helical gears for meshing. They are distinguished by the different directions of the transmission force in the space. The ordinary spur gear accomplishes the meshing with all the teeth at the same time along the space of interval. It generates much vibrating noise caused by impact, as well as unstable transmission.
