This cold rolling back-up roll made of forged steel is mainly used for the ordinary rolling mills with 4 rolls and 6 rolls. The diameter of the product ranges from 350 to 1400mm. The product often uses the materials including the 60CrMo, 9Cr2Mo, 86CrMoV7, 70Cr3Mo, etc. Related to the hardening methods and materials, the depth of the hardening layer is in the scope of 15 to 40mm. With certain difference with the work roll, this product works with the hardness ranging from 60 to 80HSD.
This back-up roll is mainly suitable for 650mm mill, 900mm mill, 1050mm mill, 1250mm mill and1450mm mill.
