Description:Applications: These are for pressure adjustment for the turbo charged applications on a vehicle. We can supply all types of waste gates, including HKS styles 40mm, 50mm and 60mm, and TIAL styles 35mm, 38mm, 46mm and so on. All our waste gates have been tested strictly, without any claims from customers all over the world. Quality control: All our waste gates are thoroughly tested to make sure the valve opens and closes properly at the set rates on the springs. The allowable errors for opening and closing of the valves are controlled within 2% more or less. The servicing life of the springs and diaphragms used for the WG lasts for 200,000 times of operation (open and close) under 200°C (or 392°F). Materials used for making WG are high quality stainless steel.
