Specifications: 1) Runners: SUS304, 321 or 316 stainless steel 2) Diameters: 35, 38, 42, 45, 48, 50.8, 60, 63 and 76mm 3) Wall thickness: 1.0, 1.5, 2.0 and 2.5mm 4) Flanges: SUS304, 409 stainless steel or mild steel chromed with thickness ranging from 10 - 12mm 5) Workmanship: CNC mandrel bended for all pipes with full polishing (applicable for stainless steel pipes only), TIG and MIG welding 6) Quality control: a) Endurance to pressure: 0.5MPa b) Max. bending radius for pipes: c) Shiny look and appearance either for polished or chromed pieces d) Golden or Brownish look on welded areas e) Less than 1.5mm uneven radius around the bended areas Accessories: We supply gaskets in either stainless steel or tinplate for all flanges. Bolts, nuts and washes are necessary for needed attachments.
