The WPC solid board production line developed by POLYTECH.This line consists of mixers, feeders, extruders, distributor, extrusion T die, shaping mould, calibrating table, cooling bracket, protect film lamination device, haul-off unit, auto-cutter and stacker. The WPC solid board extrusion machine has the advantage of high output, stable extrusion and high foamed ratio. The co-extrusion technology increases the surface hardness, decreases the cost and increase the comparativeness. The WPC solid board making machine can also extrude the foamed PVC board with skinning or celuka foamed board, construction formwork etc with some small change of the line.The WPC solid board can be used in the cabinet, bathroom furniture, construction material, advertising etc.
