Description:
According to the need of railway speeding up & safety, to improve the quality of manufacture inspection & repair of vehicle running gear, the automatic hydraulic wheel press is developed. The machine consists of main press fit framework, position measuring framework, control system. The machine is used to accomplish the press fitting wheel set of railway vehicles. It can fulfill the press fitting double ends of wheel set at the same time, control the position deviation of the wheel set and the inside distance of two wheel sets to attain the range of the criterion. Meanwhile, it produces the data of wheel set press fit. The machine is widely equipped and used in railway vehicle repairing & inspection industry.
