Description:
Fit-up roller has four independent fit-up rolls that perform lift up process, supported by hydraulic cylinders, which connects to hydraulic pump station. Combined with standard conventional power and idler roller, it can realize section to section assembly.
Applications:
Fit-up roller is mainly used in assembly of section to section pipe,such as in wind tower, or in vessel,tank application.

Fit-up roller beds provide the unique features for the need of cone tank and vessel and wind tower industries.
Fit up principle ( instructions):
One section + one section fit up:
Can “A” travels distance of 600~1800 mm via travel car bogie. Power roller is driven by AC inverter to control the turning of Can “A” to match the offset line of the Can ”B”.
Can “B” travels distance of 250mm stroke via hydraulic cylinder, movement of the Can “A to Can
B” for gap alignment. Vertical stroke is 150mm via 4 hydraulic cylinders for high & low position.
Overall load capacity is at 40 tons and above is also available.
