Applications:

1.Take a measurement one hour later after a meal
2.One hour before measurement, please don’t smoke, drink alcohol, tea or    coffee
3.If over fatigue or emotional instability, please don’t measure.
4.10-20 minutes before measurement, keep quite state.
5.As far as possible, every day in the same time and condition, with same    posture, 5 minutes interval between measurements
6.If stored in low temperature environment, before using, first should put it in normal temperature environment place for at least one hour.
