Warranty details

SHINTOOL provide the warranty period to lifting Machinery/scissor lift, for a period of 1 year after the 

date of Bill of Lading.

During the warranty period SHINTOOL guarantee to supply free replacement parts to any

defective of SHINTOOL product which proved to be defective in material or workmanship when 

under proper operation during warranty period;

After the period of warranty, the customer can send the required parts no.s which shows on 

the parts book, SHINTOOL will send quotation for the new replacement parts. Any technical 

questions can send to SHINTOOL and SHINTOOL will reply in 24 hours.
