ZLP series suspended power platform have been widely used in the refurbishing of outer wall construction、installing of curtain wall 、maintaining cleaning of mansions. Particularly it’s specialized in designing and manufacturing all kinds of non-standard suspended platform which can meet the needs of different projects, such as over-long gondolas for bridge、direct-mounted gondolas for ship、toroidal gondolas for chimney and installed gondolas for elevator etc.
B. Features of suspendede wire rope platform
1. Safety rope and safety lock
Two safety ropes are set independently. The suspended platform installs safety locks. When the platform tilts, the hoist system automatically acquires major faults; mianwhile, the safety locks will block the wire ropes to ensure the safety of the operator and workers.
2. Combination of the bottom platform
According to customer different requirements, the suspended platform can be combined into various shapes such as U-shape, circle-shape, fan-shape, etc.
3. Convenient and reliable electric control system
The electric control system is equipped with protection swiches; operators can choose single-machine operation or two-machine operation system. It is equipped with movable operation box, external power box and limit equipment to prevent upward moving accident.
4. Reasonable designed structure and Attractive appearance
The steel structure applies thin-wall of rectangle steel pipe, compact and rational designed
